Let the strategy shift.
Keep the rules fixed.
HookShift is building AI-managed treasury strategies for onchain tokens. Agents evaluate market signals, propose transparent actions, and operate within strict contract-enforced limits.
Illustrative agent activity
No live contract enforcement is deployed.
Autonomy with boundaries.
Treasury routing
Compatible token tax revenue can be routed to a treasury contract, subject to the launch platform's actual integration capabilities.
Agent proposals
An AI agent reviews onchain activity and proposes a strategy change, recording the reasoning and intended outcome.
Onchain guardrails
Allowlisted actions, reserve floors, spending ceilings and approval delays restrict what any strategy can execute.
Every decision leaves a trail.
Drip buyback maintained
Insufficient new data to justify changing the treasury allocation. Current policy stays in place.
Liquidity proposal queued
Agent suggests preserving additional treasury assets until the liquidity threshold is met.
Different conditions. Different hooks.
Drip buyback
Gradual, capped buybacks at scheduled intervals.
Reserve builder
Retains treasury capital until a defined reserve target is reached.
Liquidity ladder
Proposes staged liquidity additions when specified conditions are met.

Illustrative arithmetic only. No market feeds, transactions, or contract enforcement.
The agent cannot rewrite its limits.
Our planned architecture separates the strategy proposer from the execution contract. The contract—not the AI—will validate permitted assets, recipients, spending caps, timing and emergency pauses. Real deployment requires contract tests and a security review.
